By accessing or using the MediSeva application (com.medisewa.client) or related services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent to enter into contracts, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the application.

MediSeva provides a unified digital portal enabling users to:

• Discover and schedule appointments with qualified medical practitioners.
• View hospital profiles, departments, facilities, and real-time bed availability indicators.
• Order laboratory and diagnostic tests with optional home sample collection.
• Request prescription medicine deliveries through licensed local pharmacies.
• Book emergency and scheduled non-emergency ambulance assistance.
• Access informative resources regarding government health schemes like Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY).

When creating an account or booking healthcare services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful personal, contact, and medical information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and OTP tokens.
• Upload only valid and authentic prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners for prescription medicine orders.

Healthcare professionals and hospitals listed on MediSeva operate as independent third parties. MediSeva does not practice medicine and is not liable for medical malpractice, clinical diagnoses, surgical outcomes, or the quality of services rendered by participating healthcare providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siwan / Patna, Bihar, India.
