Request Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection regulations, you can permanently delete your MediSeva account and associated personal data.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleted Data: Your user profile, name, phone number, email address, saved family member profiles, and active app sessions will be permanently purged from our primary database.

Retained Records (Statutory & Financial): Past financial receipts, invoices, and statutory tax transaction logs may be retained for the minimum duration legally required by Indian regulatory and medical accounting laws before scheduled shredding.

In-App Deletion Method: You can also delete your account directly inside the MediSeva Android app by opening Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
