- Health & Clinical Information: Reported symptoms, appointment notes, uploaded medical prescriptions, and diagnostic test selections necessary for doctor consultations or laboratory bookings.
- Location Data: Approximate and precise geolocation (only when permission is granted) to display nearby verified hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and emergency ambulance services.
- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network state, crash logs, and performance diagnostics via Firebase.

Booking and confirming appointments with verified doctors and hospitals.
Diagnostic & Lab Tests
Scheduling clinical tests and home sample collection with partner diagnostic labs.

Fulfilling doorstep prescription medicine orders and dispatching nearest ambulance units.
Government Schemes Support
Facilitating queries and lead verification for public health schemes like Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY).

- Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Backend databases run on managed Amazon RDS PostgreSQL instances with restricted VPC security groups and automated backups.
- No Third-Party Sale: We never sell, rent, or monetize your medical or personal information to third-party advertisers or brokers.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, update, rectify, or delete your personal information at any time.
To permanently delete your account and associated profile data, you can submit an instant deletion request through our dedicated Account Deletion Page or navigate to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account inside the mobile app.
